I have an MSW from McGill University, specializing in community development and evaluation. While at McGill, I was a member of the winning team in the Canadian Evaluation Society’s Case Competition. I also received the Max Stern Scholarship and published a chapter in Eric Shragge’s book, Community Economic Development. More recently I was certified as an Results-Based Accountability Coach and Trainer.
I had the opportunity to work as a Community Developer and Health Promoter with Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre for over 8 years and then as an embedded Evaluator with the Ottawa Pathways to Education Program for 7 years. During that time, I developed a passion and expertise for helping front-line staff and managers strengthen their capacity to evaluate community-based initiatives and demonstrate the impact of their work.
When not working, I love to scuba dive, practice yoga, organize community parties and spend time with my amazing family and friends.
